Most of us have heard of numbing right? You know, that thing we do when we don’t want to feel.⠀
That bummer thing we do that not only stops us from feeling the bad- but also stops us from feeling the good ?⠀
Drink, eat, talk crap, watch tv, use drugs, avoid people, play on our phones…..⠀
But crazy busy…… ?⠀

To all my friends whose armor is made of “crazy busy”, you are not alone. Don’t forget to take some silence. We can get stuck in a rut for a long time if we aren’t doing some consistent self reflection.⠀
Ask yourself, am I being productive and still feeling?
Am I using my productivity to avoid feelings?⠀
Am I using my productivity to avoid anxiety and depression?⠀
Am I using my productivity to make excuses so I don’t have to feel?⠀
