Solace Counseling is seeking a Mental Health Therapist who would like to join our professional, strong, and supportive team!

Independence in determining ideal clientele
Individual and Group Consultation
Individual and Group Supervision (if needed)
Modern furnished office space
Complete diagnostic assessments utilizing interviewing and appropriate screening tools.
Provide individual, couples and family counseling within their areas of competency
Implement and review treatment plans
Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Operate computer software and office equipment
Maintain confidentiality of private client information
Master's degree in the behavioral health field
A current license of either LMSW, LMFT, or LPCC in North Dakota
If Pre-Licensed: Will consider underfilling with pre-licensed clinicians with an adjusted salary
Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields preferred, but not required
Familiarity with community mental health resources
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work independently
