I can promise I am here and ready to get my hands dirty as we dig in to find what it is you need out of a provider. My most important credential is my existence as a flawed human who knows what it's like to struggle. I take a client-centered approach to therapy. That means I'm not here to decide what's best for you. You lead the way while I've got your back.

My priority is to create a space completely free of judgement. You may feel pressure to be strong for everyone all the time. When you are with me you are free to set down that heavy load you are carrying, so we can unpack it together. There is no risk of upsetting or disappointing me. I am here for you with something called unconditional positive regard. All I ask is that you bring me your raw and unfiltered self. You can expect honesty, transparency, humor, and respect out of me. I am always open to discussing any concerns you have about confidentiality or the counseling process.
