Welcome! I am so proud of you for showing up. Whether you have pursued therapy in the past, are wanting to explore a different fit in therapists, or are trying it for the very first time, I recognize that therapy can be confusing, scary, and awkward. Well, you are not alone in experiencing those feelings. Some people wonder what therapy is, what it looks like, what it feels like, what it is "supposed to be." But to tell you the truth, what is right for one person may not be what's best for everyone. I am here to discover what might be best for you. We could do that by exploring helpful strategies, practicing different ways of thinking or learning how to validate ourselves. I am not here to tell you what to do, but rather to create a space in hopes of you feeling less alone, more empowered, and maybe even a bit more excited. I am eager to hear your story and I will support you in the best ways I can. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to walk alongside you through this journey.
